I use ground chia seeds(coffee grinder) combined with water In my recipes To substitute for eggs. I use it in yeast breads, quick breads, cakes, cupcakes. It makes a great binder, keeps things moist, & is great healthy choice. 

3 Tablespoons warm water

 + 1 Tablespoon ground chia seed

= 1 egg
